Recipe for a tangerine face mask (for a youthful and smooth face )




Ingredients: 
plain yogurt
teaspoon of honey
Juice of 3 or 4 tangerine slices


Simply mix 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, and the juice of 3 or 4 tangerine slices.
Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse off, pat dry, and follow up with your usual moisturizer.

It is true what they say . "you are what you eat " your diet is an importance part of what makes you as a person, we all wish to live a healthy long life but are we prepared to work for it?

So I am a big fan of tangerines, but  little did I know that this fruit holds the secret to the fountain of youth yes!  yeah!. I decided to research its  benefits  just to know more about it basically,  and after what I found, its only fair that I share with you.
this is my  recent discovery on how eating tangerines can make you look and feel younger whiles aiding to prevent some diseases as well.
